01 — IT CONSULTANCY, ENGINEERING & MARKETING
Archanix is an IT consultancy and services company in Delhi NCR. We advise on the decision, build the system, run it afterwards — and market it when that is the part holding you back.

07— Systems, under load

Four things. In the order they usually matter.

Most agencies sell you one of these and leave you to find the other three. Archanix does all four, so the decision, the build, the running of it and the demand that feeds it are one plan with one team behind it.

Work out what to build

Before anyone writes code or buys a licence.

The problem

You know something is wrong — the systems fight each other, the cloud bill grows, a vendor wants six figures for a rebuild — but nobody can tell you what it would cost to fix properly, or in what order.

Written architecture and systems audit
Build, buy or integrate, costed over three years
A 12-month roadmap with owners and budgets
Vendor and licence review that usually pays for itself
A team reviewing a project plan together in a meeting room

We spend two weeks inside your business: interviewing the people who use the systems daily, reading the code and infrastructure, and pricing the realistic options. You get an audit of what you run today, build-versus-buy modelled over three years, and a quarter-by-quarter roadmap your finance team can approve. If the answer is an off-the-shelf product rather than a build, that is what the report says.

Build the thing that fixes it

Working software in production inside eight weeks.

The problem

Projects stall because scope moves quietly, progress is invisible until a deadline slips, and what finally ships is something only the original developer can maintain.

A working release every two weeks, not a demo at the end
Web, mobile, internal tools, integrations and AI features
Automated tests and CI so releases stop being an event
Full handover: code, infrastructure and runbooks
Racks of servers lit in blue inside a data centre

Delivery runs in two-week sprints against a board you can see, and every sprint ends with something deployed you can click through. Tests, documentation and infrastructure-as-code are part of the work, not a phase that gets cut when time runs short. Scope changes get priced when they come up. At the end, the repository, the pipelines and the documentation are yours — your own team can pick it up without us.

Keep it running and secure

Defined response times, and a bill that stops growing.

The problem

Once it is live, the risk changes shape. Deployments get scary, patches slip, backups are assumed rather than tested, and the cloud invoice creeps up with nobody reviewing it.

Monitoring, patching, backups and helpdesk on a fixed monthly fee
Written response targets by severity
Security testing with remediation and verified retests
Cloud cost reductions of 25–40% in a typical first quarter
Source code on a dark screen during a security review

We take on the operational side: monitoring and alerting tied to real service-level objectives, patching and backups with restores actually tested, security assessments with findings ranked by business impact, and a monthly cloud cost review that names what changed and why. Response and resolution targets go in the agreement, in writing, so you are not relying on goodwill at 2am.

Send it customers

Measured on cost per customer, not impressions.

The problem

Sometimes the constraint was never technology. The product works, the site is fine, and the pipeline is still empty — while paid spend rises and nobody can say which channel is actually producing revenue.

Server-side tracking tied to CRM-qualified outcomes
Technical SEO, local search and a content plan with real intent
Google, Meta and LinkedIn run to a cost-per-customer target
One dashboard covering spend, pipeline and acquisition cost
An abstract glowing network sphere representing connected channels

Because we build the analytics layer, we can also be held to it. Conversion tracking is rebuilt server-side and tied back to your CRM before a rupee of budget moves. Search, paid and social then run against cost per qualified lead on one shared dashboard — and when the honest answer is that you should spend less, we say that.

15— In their words04 quotes

What our clients say about us.

They started by pulling apart how our clinics actually worked before anyone mentioned software. The platform we ended up with fits the way our staff already moved, so adoption was never the fight we were bracing for.

Operations leadOperations · MedicalLinkers

Fortnightly demos meant we were never guessing where the project stood. When a change was going to cost more, they said so that week — not at the end. That alone put them ahead of every vendor we had used before.

FounderLeadership · Letzryd

We came in expecting to be sold a rebuild. They looked at what we had, told us two thirds of it was fine, and scoped the third that was not. The invoice was smaller than we had budgeted for.

Product leadProduct · Fenewise

Enquiries from search went from a trickle to something we actually have to staff for. They fixed the site first and only then touched the marketing, which nobody else had suggested.
