The terms covering this website, and the general basis on which we take on work.
These terms govern your use of https://archanix.work. Engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement; where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement prevails.
Use of this website
You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own business purposes. You may not republish it as your own, scrape it at a volume that degrades the service for others, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Information is not advice
The content here describes our services and explains our general approach. It is written to be genuinely useful, but it is not professional advice for your specific situation, and acting on it without a conversation is at your own risk. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship; that begins only with a signed engagement.
Proposals and estimates
Timeframes, ranges and examples shown on this site are indicative. A binding scope and price is issued only in a written proposal, and remains open for the period stated in that proposal.
Intellectual property
The Archanix name, logo, site design and written content are our property. Deliverables produced during a client engagement are a separate matter: on full payment, all rights in the code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and design files we create for you transfer to you. Where a deliverable includes third-party open-source components, those remain under their own licences, which we identify in the handover.
Third-party links
This site links to external services and profiles we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
We provide this website as it is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Liability in relation to services we provide is governed by the signed engagement agreement, which sets out the applicable limits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
