Branding & Creative
A brand your own team can apply without asking.
- Positioning your whole team can state the same way
- A complete identity system, not just a logo file
- Messaging that carries into sales decks and job ads
- Guidelines specific enough to prevent the drift that follows a rebrand
Why companies bring us in
A brand is not a logo; it is the reason someone picks you when the alternatives look similar on paper. Archanix works out what you are genuinely better at, says it in language your buyers use, and builds the identity system that keeps it consistent everywhere.

The work, itemised
Everything below is part of a branding engagement. We scope which parts you actually need before quoting.
Brand strategy
Customer and competitor research producing a position you can defend, and a value proposition stated in one sentence.
Visual identity
Logo, colour, typography, layout, iconography and imagery direction designed as a coherent system.
Messaging
Tone of voice, key messages and boilerplate for the website, decks, proposals and recruitment.
Brand guidelines
A practical document covering the real situations your team faces, with the misuses shown as well as the rules.
Collateral
Presentation templates, proposal documents, social templates and print assets ready to use on day one.
Rollout
A sequenced plan for applying the new brand across touchpoints without a half-rebranded few months.
How the engagement runs
Every stage ends with something you can read, click or decide on — never a status update alone.
- 01
Listen
Interviews with leadership, staff and customers — customers usually describe your value better than you do.
- 02
Position
A written strategy agreed before any design work starts, so design decisions have a reason behind them.
- 03
Design
Two or three distinct identity directions, each argued from the strategy rather than presented as taste.
- 04
Systemise
The chosen direction extended into a full system with every asset your team needs.
- 05
Launch
A rollout plan and internal launch, because staff are the first audience that has to believe it.
What we build with
We pick tools for how long they will be maintainable, not for how new they are. Where you already have a stack, we work in it rather than arguing for a migration you did not ask for.
- Figma
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Brand architecture
- Tone of voice
- Design tokens
We can, but a logo without positioning tends to get replaced within two years. The minimum we recommend is a short strategy phase so the mark has something to express.
Strategy and identity together typically run eight to twelve weeks. A full rollout across every touchpoint depends on how many there are and usually runs alongside for a further quarter.
Logo files in every format, colour and type specifications, a guidelines document, templates for decks and social, and the source files. You own all of it.
Only if the domain or URLs change without planning. When a rebrand involves a new domain we handle redirects, Search Console migration and monitoring so equity carries across.
