About Archanix

We give the advice
and then do the work.

Consultancies hand over a deck. Agencies build whatever is asked. Archanix was set up to sit in the gap — accountable for the recommendation and for what gets shipped afterwards.

Inside the work

A small team, deliberately.

Senior people on one project at a time. No account layer between you and the engineer who read your codebase — which is the whole reason the advice and the delivery can be held to the same standard.

The commitment

Nothing we build holds you hostage

Every repository, pipeline definition and document we produce is yours from the first commit — no licence, no lock-in, no exit fee.

That is not generosity, it is discipline. Knowing a client can take the work elsewhere at any point is what keeps documentation current, infrastructure reproducible and the code readable by somebody who has never met us.

The position

Why one team instead of four vendors

The usual arrangement is a consultancy to write the strategy, a development shop to build it, a managed services provider to run it and an agency to market it. Four contracts, four accounts of what happened, and a client who spends their week translating between them.

Archanix covers all four. That has an obvious risk — a firm that both recommends and delivers has an incentive to recommend delivery — so we handle it explicitly: consulting engagements are priced and delivered on their own terms, every recommendation carries at least two costed alternatives, and we have ended engagements by telling clients to buy something off the shelf.

What you get in exchange is continuity. The engineer who reads your architecture in week one is the engineer who is on call for it in month nine. Nothing is lost in a handover, because there is no handover.

How we operate

Six rules we do not bend

These exist because each one was, at some point, easier to ignore.

01

Advice before invoices

Our consulting recommendations are the same whether or not we end up delivering the work. Several engagements have concluded with us recommending an off-the-shelf product instead of a build, and that is the point of hiring an independent advisor.

02

You own everything

Code, infrastructure definitions, documentation, design files, ad accounts and analytics properties are registered in your name and handed over in full. Nothing we build requires us to keep running it.

03

Fixed scope, visible progress

Discovery is always a fixed price. Delivery runs in two-week increments against a board you can see, with something working demonstrated at the end of each one.

04

Say the difficult part early

A deadline at risk, a scope change that will cost money, an approach that is not working — these get raised in the week they appear, not in the week they become undeniable.

05

Build it to be maintained

Tests, documentation and infrastructure as code are part of the work rather than a phase that gets cut. The measure is whether your own team can extend it after we leave.

06

Measure what was promised

Every engagement starts with the numbers it will be judged on, baselined before we begin so the comparison afterwards is honest.

The method

Consult, design, build, run, grow

Not every engagement uses all five. The point is that each stage produces something the next one can start from — or that you can take elsewhere.

01 / 05

Consult

We start by establishing what problem is actually being solved and what it is worth solving. That means talking to the people doing the work, reading the systems, and modelling the options with costs attached.

  • Systems and architecture audit
  • Costed options with trade-offs
  • A sequenced roadmap
02 / 05

Design

Interfaces and data models are designed together and validated with the people who will live in them, because the cheapest time to find out a flow does not work is before it exists.

  • Tested prototypes
  • Component library
  • Technical specification
03 / 05

Build

Delivery runs in two-week sprints against a shared board, each ending with software deployed to an environment you can click through. Scope changes are priced when they arise rather than absorbed silently.

  • Fortnightly working releases
  • Automated tests and CI
  • Documentation as we go
04 / 05

Run

Monitoring, patching, backups and an agreed response window — plus the cost reviews and roadmap sessions that stop a system quietly decaying after launch.

  • Monitoring and alerting
  • Agreed response targets
  • Quarterly review
05 / 05

Grow

When the constraint is demand rather than technology, the same team handles search, paid media and content — working from the same analytics rather than a separate agency's dashboard.

  • Search and paid programmes
  • One measurement layer
  • Monthly pipeline reporting

Four ways to work with us

Pick the shape that matches how settled the scope really is — not how settled everyone would like it to be.

Websites, MVPs, migrations, audits

Fixed-scope project

A defined outcome, a fixed price and a delivery date. Best when the requirements are genuinely settled and both sides want certainty.

Ongoing product development

Dedicated squad

A monthly team — engineers, design and QA — working your backlog inside your process. Best when priorities will move and you want capacity rather than a contract.

Managed IT, DevOps, marketing

Managed retainer

A fixed monthly fee covering support, monitoring, maintenance and an agreed allowance of change work, against written response targets.

Fractional CTO, architecture review

Advisory

Senior technical leadership by the day or the month, for teams that need judgement and review rather than delivery hands.

Practicalities

The questions everybody asks

Or skip ahead and call +91 85801 49535.

Archanix is an IT consultancy and services company. We cover technology strategy, custom software, web and mobile development, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, data and AI, ERP and CRM implementation, managed IT support and QA — plus the marketing services most closely tied to technology: SEO, performance marketing, social media and branding.

We are based in Delhi NCR and work with clients across New Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, as well as remotely across India and internationally. Most engagements run remotely with on-site sessions at the points where being in the room matters.

With a short call to understand the problem, followed by a written proposal. Anything substantial begins with a fixed-price discovery phase that produces the specification, architecture and a delivery plan with real dates — and that document is yours whether or not you continue with us.

Both. Our managed IT and marketing retainers are built for teams of ten to two hundred and fifty, and our consulting and engineering work scales up from there. We will tell you honestly when your budget would be better spent on an off-the-shelf tool.

Discovery and audits are fixed-price. Delivery is either fixed-price where scope is settled or a monthly retainer for a dedicated team where it is not. Managed services and marketing are a flat monthly fee based on scope — we do not price paid media as a percentage of ad spend.

You do, entirely. Repositories, cloud accounts, ad accounts, analytics properties, domains and design files are created in your name or transferred to you, and every engagement ends with a documented handover.

Yes, and it is common. We begin with a paid audit of the code, infrastructure and accounts so both sides know the real state of things, then give you a fixed plan to finish, stabilise or rebuild.

Discovery work can usually begin within one to two weeks. Staff augmentation placements typically take two to three weeks for mainstream stacks. Contact us with your timeline and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

Working together

Start with the problem,
not the solution.

Describe what is not working. We will tell you what it would take to fix, and whether we are the right people to do it.
