Automation & Integration

Stop paying people to move data between tabs.

What you get
  • Manual hours recovered, measured before and after
  • Systems that stay in sync without anyone rekeying data
  • Audit trails on processes that used to live in email
  • Error rates that fall because humans stopped transcribing

Overview

Why companies bring us in

Every growing company reaches a point where staff spend their days copying data between systems that were never introduced to each other. Archanix maps those handoffs, automates the ones that are rule-based, and integrates the systems properly so the work simply stops existing.

What's included

The work, itemised

Everything below is part of a automation engagement. We scope which parts you actually need before quoting.

01

Process mapping

We follow a request end to end and time each step, so automation targets the expensive parts rather than the visible ones.

02

Workflow automation

Approvals, onboarding, invoicing, reporting and alerting automated with clear ownership and escalation when something fails.

03

System integration

APIs, webhooks and middleware connecting CRM, ERP, finance, support and marketing platforms reliably, with retries and dead-letter handling.

04

Document automation

Extraction from invoices, forms and contracts straight into your systems, with a human review step where accuracy matters.

05

Robotic process automation

Where a vendor offers no API, scripted automation against the interface — used sparingly and documented as a stopgap.

06

Monitoring

Dashboards showing what ran, what failed and what it saved, because unattended automation needs a watcher.

Process

How the engagement runs

Every stage ends with something you can read, click or decide on — never a status update alone.

  1. 01

    Observe

We sit with the team doing the work and record the real process, including the exceptions nobody wrote down.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

Each candidate is scored on hours saved against build effort, and we start with the fastest payback.

  3. 03

    Build

Automations built with logging, retries and a manual override from day one.

  4. 04

    Pilot

Run in parallel with the manual process until the outputs match, then switch over.

  5. 05

    Measure

Hours recovered and error rates reported monthly, with the next candidates queued.

Tools & platforms

What we build with

We pick tools for how long they will be maintainable, not for how new they are. Where you already have a stack, we work in it rather than arguing for a migration you did not ask for.

Automation questions

Still unclear? Call +91 85801 49535 — Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST.

Anything rule-based, repeated often and done the same way every time — invoice processing, lead routing, onboarding, report distribution, stock reconciliation. Judgement-heavy work usually is not, though parts of it often are.

In practice it removes the part of their job they least enjoy. Most clients redeploy the recovered hours into work that needs a person rather than reducing headcount.

Usually, through database access, scheduled file exchange or scripted interface automation. We document the trade-offs, because these routes are more fragile than a real API.

A well-chosen first automation typically pays back within three to six months. We estimate it before building and report the actual figure afterwards.
