Before you write

Three things worth knowing

With a short call to understand the problem, followed by a written proposal. Anything substantial begins with a fixed-price discovery phase that produces the specification, architecture and a delivery plan with real dates — and that document is yours whether or not you continue with us.

Discovery and audits are fixed-price. Delivery is either fixed-price where scope is settled or a monthly retainer for a dedicated team where it is not. Managed services and marketing are a flat monthly fee based on scope — we do not price paid media as a percentage of ad spend.

Discovery work can usually begin within one to two weeks. Staff augmentation placements typically take two to three weeks for mainstream stacks. Contact us with your timeline and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

What happens next

A call, then something in writing

The first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing. We ask what is not working, what you have already tried and when it needs to be fixed by. If we are the right people, you get a written scope, a price and a start date — and if we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
